Nate is a board certified foot and ankle doctor by profession. He is passionate about making the most of his mind, body and physique and helping others do the same. He loves to blend humor unparalleled work ethic and laser like focus to accomplish all his dreams.
Nichole is a stay at home mom with a PHD in driving (lol)- she chauffeurs the kids to sports, music and other events and coaches their soccer team. She is your typical soccer mom with a passion for personal development. She is gifted at finding meaning and purpose in the ordinary and loves to write and create.
